Clinics using the full ARTISAN Fertility EMR may opt to use an automated system to remind patients of upcoming appointments. The system will send a text message to patients 24 hours and 48 hours prior to a scheduled appointment. The charge for this service is five cents per text.

Note: the system cannot send a reminder message to upcoming new patients or to any other individual that is not yet an active registered patient in your clinic.
