It is important to note that Artisan should be used by a single user, in a single browser window at any given time.  Using multiple windows at the same time will lead to data loss.

You web browser uses computer code called "cookies" to manage data between your screen and the server computer.

Keeping multiple windows open can lead to corrupted cookies and data exchange. We have witnessed data "loss" due to empty fields on one web page "overwriting" information entered into the identical fields on a second open page.

We strongly suggest that limit your use to one open browser window at a time.
